Looks like now is the best time for homebuyers in the Winchester area. Inventory is declining but remains relatively high. Interest rates are still low and tax credits are available. I think buyers know how good it is and are trying to rush to the finish line. I’m seeing multiple offers on well priced homes. Watch the MRIS Western Region Market Watch video.
